This study uses a qualitative research method, with Audience Reception as the main theory. The research results can be concluded that from the viewpoint of Audience as a resource, the Idjen Talk Radio City Guide program provides different perceptions based on the interpretations of the listener and the source person. Audience of the General Talk program originating from various backgrounds and various agencies and interests will negotiate texts on issues raised in the General Talk program. Then the audience will decode the message from the media according to their experiences and meanings
