The rapid development of technology and information makes it easy for the public to access and obtain information, of course with this convenience public relations activities will automatically become easy. In conducting public relations activities we can use the media as an information portal. The effectiveness of social media in public relations activities is utilized by Kakang Mbakyu Malang in its various activities.
This research is to find out how the process of Kakang Mbakyu Malang in conducting public relations activities in the Malang Kakang Mbakyu election program. So that these activities become positive activities for the community. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods, by describing or describing public relations activities in Instagram Kakang Mbakyu Malang.
Instagram is an effective social media in establishing relationships and communication by organizations with internal, external and fellow organizations. This requires the process, concept and maturity in processing information, so that it can have a positive impact on society. Even though the Kakang Mbakyu election used various media in providing information, the Kakang Mbakyu Malang election was one of the activities optimized by Kakang Mbakyu Malang in delivering information on Instagram.
