Pengaruh Employee Engagement dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja (Studi pada Karyawan Tetap Bagian Tata Usaha Keuangan Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung Malang) (CD + Cetak)
This research aimed to find out how much the influence of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance in the financial administration division of Kebon Agung Malang sugar factory. There were 30 employee as the population of this research. The analysis technique used were the validity, reliability, classic assumptions, f test and t test with a quantitative approach that used questionnaires as a validation of data collection and used multiple linear analysis techniques to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable namely employe engagement (X1) and satisfaction work (X2) as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). the results of testing the instrument found that the instruments used were valid and reliable, thus it could be used in this research. The result of classic assumption in normality testing that the item was normal, Heteroscedasticity test did not occur heteroscedasticity in the regression model while multicollinearity test showed there was no multicollinearity. based on the results of the analysis showed that the employee engagement and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the employee performance by 91.2% while the remaining 9.2% were influenced by other factors that did not included in this research. the employe engagement partially with a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.05 while job satisfaction also partially influential with a significant value of 2,099 less than 0.05.
