Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Studi pada Karyawan Tetap PT PLN (Persero) UID Jawa Timur UP3 Malang) (CD + Cetak)
In human life, an organization is needed. With the existence of organization or company, the purpose of the group will be realized. To realize the company's goals, it takes the role of humans or human resources (employees). For the purpose of achieving the company depends on work performance. Work performance on employees can be seen from the ability to complete the job according to the target time determined by the company. Based on the results of an interview at PT PLN (Persero) UID East Java UP3 Malang, the Work Placement that obtained by permanent employees influences work performance. The data shows a mismatch between the work skills required by new permanent employees to work with the jobdesc or occupied field.
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work placement on employee work performance at PT PLN (Persero) UID, East Java UP3 Malang. This research uses descriptive analysis research with quantitative methods through an associative approach with causal relationships. This means that there are independent variables (influence) and dependent variables (influenced). So the work placement variable affects the work performance variable. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. A sample of 30 respondents was obtained through saturated samples and sampling techniques using saturated samples. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, and t test.
The results of the study through the validity and reliability test can be seen that the results of the validity test in this study all items are said to be valid because the value of r count is greater than r table 0.349. While the reliability test can be seen that the Cronbach Alpha value for each variable is greater than r table 0.349, it can be explained that the items in this study are reliable. The result of simple regression analysis shows that t arithmetic> t table is 5,040> 2,048. It means that there is an influence of work placement on work performance on permanent employees. The results of this study can be concluded that work placement has a positive and significant effect on work performance on permanent employees. Therefore, this study recommends that job placement largely determines work performance for permanent employees.
