Pelayanan Kartu Indonesia Sehat di Puskesmas Arjuno Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang (Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2004 Tentang Sistem Jaminan Sosial) (CD + Cetak)
Public service can be defined as the provision of services (serving) the needs of people or communities who have an interest in that organization in accordance with the basic rules and procedures that have been determined. Governance is essentially a service to the community. is not held to serve oneself, but does not serve the community and creates conditions that allow each member of society to develop their abilities and creativity in order to achieve common goals (Rasyid 2000). These activities are carried out by officials, employees, officers, and everyone who works in the organizing organization whose task is to carry out an action or series of public service actions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Health Indonesia Card service at Arjuno Public Health Center, Klojen District, Malang City and to describe and analyze the driving and inhibiting factors for the Healthy Indonesia Card service at Arjuno Health Center, Klojen District, Malang City.
This research uses a qualitative research type in which data is obtained through the interview process discussion process. This research departs from data obtained from the field and does not depart from theory so that the focus of the research is not on existing theories but from the data obtained and reconciled with existing theories. It is hoped that with this research method, research can dig deeper into thoughts and opinions from informants who directly felt the impact of the Healthy Indonesia Card program.
From the results of this study at the Arjuno Community Health Center based on the results of the study, it can be said that the service procedure is in accordance with what is expected by the community based on service operational standards, so that there is no doubt that the community assesses the services provided by employees at the Arjuno Health Center and in terms of service satisfaction. At the Arjuno Community Health Center the researcher concluded that the services received by the community were very well received so that the community felt satisfied with the services provided. Therefore, the community wanted the service to be always good with flow and procedures in accordance with the regulations set at the Arjuno Community Health Center by government in serving the community.
