The purpose of the posyandu is organized is to provide benefit to the community, so that the implementation, formation and utilization requires active participation of the community in the formation of the participation of the weighing toddlers each month, thus the status of a toddler can be controlled and can also improve the nutritional status of the children. This event is held requires a lot of active participation from mothers who have children under five, to bring their babies to posyandu around, so mothers can control the development of the toddler.

This study to determine the community participation in the governance of the ihc based on the regulation of the minister of internal affairs no. 54 of 2007 on guidelines for integrated service post and to know the factors inhibiting and supporting factors of community participation taman posyandu pomegranate. In this research using methods research with a qualitative approach. The focus of this study is Community Participation in the Park Posyandu Pomegranate and Factors supporting and inhibiting. The source of the information in this study was obtained from the head of the posyandu pomegranate, headman madyopuro, and chairman of the pkk. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. The technique of analysis of the data using the model of interaction analysis by Miles and Huberman. The research location in the garden posyandu pomegranate, village madyopuro.

The results of this study of community participation in the implementation of the taman posyandu pomegranate is a consciousness of its own, and because of the demands of rights and responsibilities. Factors inhibiting the implementation of that execution time along with work time as part of a large is workers. Supporting factors, i.e. maternal education, age, motivation, family support, and interaction as well as facilities.

Based on the results of the research it is advisable for parents to actively participate. For the cadre of lessons learned, evaluation of the obstacles in the posyandu. For Researchers can be used as runjukan and the development of research related to the posyandu.
