Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa di Sektor Pariwisata Berbasis Kearifan Lokal (Studi Kasus di Kampung Cempluk, Desa Kalisongo, Kabupaten Malang) (CD + Cetak)
Tourism development is a mandate (Law No 10 of 2009) concerning tourism which states that the Government together with institutions related to tourism conduct tourism to support tourism development (article 11 of Law No.10 of 2009). Tourism objects owned by Malang Regency which support income for regions affected by the location and characteristics of the area, each attraction has its own advantages, so that each region has its own charm. Malang Regency tourism potential will support income for the Cempluk Village Festival area, a place for arts activists to channel their creativity.
The purpose of this study is to describe the Empowerment of Village Communities in the tourism sector based on local wisdom in Kampung Cempluk Kalisongo Village, Dau District, Malang Regency. This study uses qualitative methods so that the writer can explain in writing and in detail, using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation that have been done by researchers. In this study the authors tried to provide answers that match what is in reality, in Kampung Cempluk, Kalisongo Village, Dau District, Malang Regency The main obstacle for advancing the village of cempluk is funding or finance, so that to work on /improve the infrastructure is often hampered, this year's budget can only be received for assistance ranging from 1 to 3 years from the submission of aid proposals, so that managers and the community carry out self-help capital to develop cempluk villages. HR factors tend to be weak, many do not receive higher education so that the tendency to be limited tends to be limited, graduating middle and high school, the majority of them immediately work out of town, so the potential to become a leader in a small cempluk village.
The results of the research through SWOT analysis and through interviews with the leaders of the cempluk village community showed that the attraction based on observations in the field of attractions related to the cempluk village were local wisdom and cultural heritage of the kingdom. Infrastructure of tourism facilities is quite adequate such as road conditions, clean water supply, electricity lighting, security services and transportation facilities. To support the village economy, they hold a kampong cempluk festival which is held every year and the duration of 4 days the average number of visitors is 3232 people, this proves that the community anemo is very high towards the implementation of the kampong cempluk festival. Forms of self-sufficiency from the community such as donations in the improvement of cemplong village tourism facilities. In principle, the community will not be stingy when the allotment of these costs is for the progress and beauty of the village of cempluk. and increase the skills / skills possessed by the Kalisongo community, especially pempluk village empowerment.
