Pentingnya Sanitasi Terhadap Kenyamanan dalam Bekerja di Kitchen El Hotel Kartika Wijaya Batu (CD + Cetak)
This paper has the aim to find out and analyze the importance of sanitation and how to control rodents and insects to get comfort in work. This study uses data collection methods through interviews with kitchen employees and observations
from the author. The analysis technique used is qualitative analysis so that in the discussion more data are presented descriptively. The discussion in this paper will lead to the implementation of sanitation that has been carried out in the kitchen eL Kartika Wijaya Batu Hotel, seen from the scope of sanitation and from the data obtained there are still deficiencies in some parts of the sanitation scope, one of them is rodent and insect control. Another discussion is how to control insects and rodents in the kitchen eL Hotel Kartika Wijaya Batu so that the creation of comfort in working with alternative solutions to the problem is the implementation of disciplined general cleanning, repairing doors that are directly related to the kitchen and closing small gaps in the drainage so that can prevent the entry of rodents and insects. The results of this research evidence conclude that sanitation is very important to be applied in the kitchen and for effective handling, namely by repairing doors that do not function properly so that the entrance of rodents and
insects is reduced.
