On-the-Job Training Program or OJT Program is a program aiming to provide opportunity for students to develop and apply the knowledge and skill they acquired from university. By conducting this program, students gain new experience, knowledge, and skill for preparation before entering the job career. During OJT the writer was assigned at EnJourMe (English Journal of Merdeka) : Culture, Language, and Teaching of English as layout editor as one of journal manager tasks. Journal manager is the person responsible in managing journal and oversee the course of journal, also serves as an editor, a copyeditor, a layout editor, a section editor, a proofreader, a writer and a reviewer. During OJT the writer experienced constraints due to lack of knowledge about journal and her role as a layout editor. After got guidance from supervisor and searched from various sources about journal, eventually the writer could understand about journal and her role. This OJT Program helps the writer to prepare herself and develop skill for the future
