Nowadays, the development of technology, especially in financial technology (fintech), is inevitable. Almost all services in the 4.0 industrial revolution are served using digital-based systems. The existence of digital wallet applications, such as Go-Pay, Ovo, Dana, LinkAja, and Doku, refers financial technology era in Indonesia. Digital Wallet is an E-cash application for non-cash payments by using smartphone. The emergence of the digital wallet has changed not only the consumer behavior but customer satisfaction in making their purchasing decision as well. Consumers are more likely to make payments using digital wallets. Their cultural, social and personal behaviors have changed their purchasing behavior from cash to non cash payment. The use of digital wallet makes the consumers to get the time and energy efficiency because they are able to make the payments anywhere and anytime. In addition, the use of the digital wallet application is safer, simple and effective when it is compared to use of cash payment. The customers satisfaction in the quality of product features, service convenience, discount price and safety emotion is more increasing. In addition, their loyalty in making the purchasing decision is increasing too. Companies that implement fintech applications in making payments will get greater benefits and apart from these benefits, can also help the country in reducing inflation
