On the Job Training Program is a program provided by the D3 English Program which aimed to offer opportunities for students to hone their abilities and add new experiences, especially in the world of work. Through this program, students are expected to be able and ready to deal with the ups and downs of work after graduation. During OJT, the writer was positioned as a content creator at the Language Center of the University of Merdeka Malang. Content creator is a person who creates an interesting content that aims to attract the audience, which are the academic community of the University of Merdeka Malang as well as the general public. Becoming a content creator, the writer created a lot of varieties of image content that is used as a promotional content posted on the Language Center’s Instagram, which is on @pusatbahasaunmer with the account name Pusat Bahasa Unmer. The writer faces several problems when creating those contents such as problems in communication while working from home and problems in finding ideas about the design for the content to be created. However, the writer has tried as much as possible in dealing with these problems. This OJT program is very useful to improve skills and this is an excellent opportunity for the writer to prepare herself before becoming a real worker.
