Kota Batu is a city located in the East Java Province in Indonesia, which was visited by around 5.5 million tourists in 2018. The City is also one of the most famous tourist spots with several different attractions in the tourism sector. In this final report the focus is on Kelurahan Dadaprejo, a village located in Kota Batu, an area in which many people cultivate orchids for earning extra money. In addition to the sale of orchids, this business can provide many other opportunities in the field of tourism such as agritourism. In order to carry out an in-depth observation of Keluarhan Dadprejo, the writer explains about the essential information about the cultivation of orchids. Furthermore, this final report lists important aspects that should be considered in the tourism area. Based on this, the SWOT description is applied to the site to present problems and give suggestions of the problems.
