Children are gifts given by God Almighty to be nurtured and guarded. A child is a mandate with inherent dignity and is entitled to legal protection and to receive it without asking. In Article 1 Number 2 of Law Number 35 year 2014 regarding the amandement to Law Number 23 year 2002 concerning Chid Protection
The criminal act of sexsual immorality is a criminal act wich is against and violates the decency and decency of person regarding and related to the genitals of other body parts that can stimulate sexual desire. For example, stroking or rubbing the penis or vagina, holding breasts, kissing a woman’s mouth.
The crime of abscenity is regulated in the criminal Code (KUHP) in chapter XIV of Book II, wich starts from article 289-296 which are categorizen as crimes against decency. The criminal act of obscenity is not only regulated in the criminal code, but is also regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014, amandements to Law number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection.
