Child abuse of narcotics is now a concern of many people. In fact, the problem of narcotics abuse is a concern of various groups. Almost all of them reminded and wanted the Indonesian people, especially children not to try and consume narcotics. For this reason, the role of the National Narcotics Agency in overcoming victims of narcotics abuse among children by undertaking rehabilitation efforts
The method in writing this thesis is carried out empirical legal research, namely research that identifies laws contained in a society with the intent of knowing other symptoms. In this legal research objectively explained the legal basis and how the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in carrying out law enforcement against Narcotics offenders in Malang. This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the role of the National Narcotics Agency in dealing with children as victims of narcotics abuse, and how to handle the impact of drug abuse dependence on children.
The results of research that, the role of the National Narcotics Agency in Malang City in tackling narcotics abuse and the impact of narcotics dependence on children with rehabilitation efforts. Rehabilitation of victims of narcotics abuse is a form of self-recovery from victims of narcotics abuse. For this reason victims of drug abuse can be done by medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation, so they can return to the community. Rehabilitation as an effort of victims of narcotics users, to protect users from narcotics dependence and to protect the lives and psychics of victims. The rehabilitation of victims of narcotics abuse in this case is a joint commitment of users so that users do not commit similar actions
