This study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation on the managerial performance of regional apparatus organizations (case study in Belu district government). The formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence of budgetary participation on the managerial performance of regional apparatus organizations. The public sector is an entity whose activities are directly related to the government which has the aim to provide the best service to the community and must receive real aspirations from the community in order to realize a safe and decent life order.
Respondents in this study amounted to 47 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, hypothesis testing and classic assumption
tests. Data processing using SPSS 16 software. Budget participation is a process that involves individuals directly in it and has an influence on the process of preparing budget goals. Performance is a picture of the level of
implementation and achievement in realizing the goals, vision and mission of an organization as set out in an organization's strategic planning.
The results show evidence that budgetary participation has a significant effect on managerial performance of regional apparatus organizations.
