The purpose of the study was to analyze the associated functions, the worn documents, the notes, reports used as well as to know the procedures of the intern control system and the flow chart of employee payroll accounting information systems on the East Java Prosperous Self Prosperous BMT Cooperative.
The Methods used in the study are interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative descriptive analysis technique that is by describing or describing the payroll system contained within the company covering the associated functions, the documents and notes used as well as the network of procedures that make up a payroll system.
Affront Results from Research showed that employees' payroll accounting systems at the East Java Prosperous Self-BMT Cooperative in an effort to support the effectiveness of intern control were still less effective. This is characterized by the existence of function traps of the salary-making procedures that simultaneously make payrolls.
