Analisis Kinerja SKPD Berdasarkan Pendekatan Baldrige Excellence Framework pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Batu (CD + Cetak)

To measure and improve the performance of SKPD, Malcolm Baldrige is here for maximum achievement in Total Quality Management. This study aims to analyze the performance achievements of the SKPD based on the baldrige excellence framework approach in the Batu City Population and Civil Registry Office. This research is descriptive research.
The analytical tool used to analyze the performance of SKPD is filling in the questionnaire that has been filled out by staff using each of the criteria contained in the baldrige excellence framework approach.
The results showed that the criteria with the highest percentage score were leadership (89%), and the lowest were customers (77%). The total score achieved was 806 from the maximum score of 1000 points. This shows the performance of the SKPD based on the baldrige excellence framework approach in the City Population and Civil Registry Service at the Benchmark Leader Level (point scale 776-875) and is classified in the good category.
