Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Menggunakan Metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) pada Bank Umum yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2018 (CD + Cetak)
This study aims to analyze and assess the soundness of BUMN Bank in 2016-2018 using the RGEC method, including Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings, Capital, and RGEC as a whole. The data source in this study is secondary data, while the types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection techniques
through documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is to assess the soundness of banks using the Risk-based Bank Rating (RBBR) approach, which includes an assessment of RGEC factors.
In the results of the study showed that during 2016-2018: 1) The Aspect of Risk Profile in BUMN Commercial Banks in terms of the lowest NPL ratio was BRI and the highest was Mandiri. Furthermore, in terms of the lowest LDR ratio is Mandiri and the highest is BTN. Whereas in terms of the lowest PDN ratio is BTN and the highest is Mandiri. 2) GCG aspects in BRI, BNI, and BTN in 2016-2018 are in healthy condition, while Mandiri is in very healthy condition. 3) Earnings Aspect in BUMN Commercial Banks in 2016-2018 in terms of the lowest ROA and NIM ratios are BTN and the highest is BRI. 4) Capital Aspect in State-Owned Banks in 2016- 2018 in terms of the lowest CAR ratio is BNI and the highest is BRI. 5) The overall aspects of RGEC in 2016-2018 resulted in the conclusion that Mandiri is a very healthy bank with very good GCG implementation.
