Analisis Pengaruh Belanja Daerah dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kota Malang Tahun 2004-2018 (CD + Cetak)
This research aims to analyze the effect of Regional Expenditure and Original Local Government Revenue toward gross regional domestic product in Malang on 2004-2018. Gross regional domestic product is defined as the sum of the added value generated by all business units in a certain area. Gross regional domestic product is also one of the important indicators to determine the economic conditions in a region on certain period. Regional income should be continually increased by exploring and developing the resources in each area, particularly those sourced from taxation by considering the enhancement of development financing capability. The source of regional income can be used to maintain regional budget stability by using dynamic balanced budget principles to support healthy and dynamic economic stability.
Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed by using descriptive statistics through the classical assumption test and multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that Regional Expenditure and Original Local Government Revenue have a significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product by the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.742.
Regional expenditure partially has a significant influence on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Malang on 2004-2018. It can be seen on the probability value (0.000) < (0.05) and the regression coefficient of 52.806. Original Local Government Revenue partially did not significantly influence the Gross Regional Domestic Product in Malang on 2004-2018 because of the results of the regression analysis with a significant value greater than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.164 > 0.05 with a significance level of 5%.
