It can be concluded Implementation Guidance Inmate Abuse of narcotic conducted at the Institute of Development of Special Grade I Blitar City is a program that combines a variety of methods including aspects of medical, social, spiritual and skills, aiming for the inmates of narcotic become a better person again for families and communities.
