Advocate as one of the elements of the judicial system is a pillar in admisation of law and human rights. In addition to judicial proceedings, the role of advocate is also seen in the profession outside judicial process. The needs of legal services advocate outside the judicial process at the time of development of community needs, especially in entering an increasingly open life in the association between nations. Through the provision of consulting services, negotiations and in the manufacturing of trade contracts, the advocate profession contributed means for the empowerment of people and the renewal of national law, especially in the field of economics and trade including In dispute resolution outside the court.
Using empirical methods of legal research, the source of data obtained using empirical facts taken from human behavior. In this study the primary data source obtained directly from the respondent namely, KRMP. D. Bambang P., S.H., M. Hum as Kabid Kabid Biro Bantuan Hukum dan Advokasi PP Polri Daerah Metro Jaya Indonesia Bagian Timur. Counterfeiting is one form of criminal offence that has been governed by the Criminal Code. Notary as a public official with the legal authority to provide public services to the community, in making an authentic deed as a tool of evidence that is perfect regarding the legal action in the field of civil disobedience, especially in the field of happen because of an agreement.
The scope of notary accountability includes the formyl truth of the deed he made. There are many factors that impede the smoothness of criminal acts of the authentic deed, such as the difficulty of seeking information from related subjects in such cases. The biggest inhibitory in the settlement of criminal acts of counterfeiting this authentic deed is when victims often take their own steps without coordination with advocates. With that in case of mistakes in every way, it will be a problem and will impede in solving the problem itself.
