Work Guest Relation Officer at Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu (CD + Cetak)
On the Job Training or OJT Program is a program of D3 English Program for the students to get some experiences that they do not get in the class. The purpose of this program is to intoduce the students about the real working world. With this program the students will be more prepared and ready to face working world in the future. During the On the Job Training the writer was assigned at Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu as a Guest Relation Officer. In this hotel Guest Relation Officer is very important because Guest Relation Officer handles guest from arrival until the stay is over. So, everything about the hotel should be explained by Guest Relation Officer to the guests. During On the Tob Training
program the writer got the problem about guest complaint. At first the writer did not know how to handle the complaint, after learning from the experience, finally the writer could handle complaint with the right way. This On the Job Training program gives some new experiences for the writer. The experiences as Guest Relation Officer from this On the Job Training program is very useful for the
writer’s future. Because, in the future the writer wants to work as Guest Relation Officer of a hotel.
