Implementation of E-KTP Services Policy in Sub-District Lowokwaru Malang (CD + Cetak)
Public service is one of the important tasks that cannot be ignored by the local government, because if the service component stagnates, it is almost certain that all factors will have a bottleneck, therefore there needs to be good planning and even needs to be formulated by the central government in the local government. the e-KTP program pilot project Lowokwaru sub-district has not been running optimally. Besides, this program also faces various problems including minimal problems coordination with other SKPD (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah), unavailability Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or instructions implementation and technical guidelines, lack of eKTP officers in sub-districts and villages, lack of equipment, lack public awareness, the length of the structure bureaucracy implementing e-KTP and its unclear division of
authority between SKPD in implementing e-KTP. Meanwhile, positive values were found is the high willingness (disposition) of the apparatus bureaucracy implementing (e-KTP), especially implementor at the district level. This is proper appreciated because in the midst of limited personnel and equipment, capable district officerscarrying out the tasks of entry and verification data, take photos, fingerprints, and signatures.
