Analysis on The Influence of Performance Management and Organizational Culture on Fostering Employee Engagement at PT Selecta Batu (CD + Cetak)
Performance Management (PM) is considerably the most critical component in the Human Resource Management (HRM) map of organizations integrates different human resources aspects such as organizational development, human resource development and reward system. On the other hand, organizational culture is principles and applications of an organization which differentiates it from others. The research is aimed to analyze the influence of PM and organizational culture on fostering employee engagement which may be the greatest competitve advantage for company nowadays. It was conducted at PT SELECTA Batu to obtain primary and secondary data. This particular research shows that performance management does not have influence on employee engagement at PT SELECTA Batu. However, organizational culture has positve influence on employee engagement at PT SELECTA Batu.
