The Influence of Innovation and Performance Management to The Organizational Performance at PT. Delta Surya Textile (CD + Cetak)
In the recent years, innovation became the most important factor for business manufactures to be able to compete in the very tight market. Innovation is the key aspect that affects the organizational performances. Innovation becomes the driving force for the company to grow and guide the company to be success in the future. It also allows the company to survive in global economics condition. Besides innovation, performance management also has a role to increase the organizational performance. Therefore, this research aims to describe innovation,performance management and organizational performance,analyze the influence of innovation to the organizational performance and analyze the influence of performance management to the organizational performance.This research was conducted at a textile company was located in Pasuruan, East Java. The data collection method is the questionnaire and involved 60 respondents. Furthermore, this research included to test the hypothesis through multiple regression analysis and t-test. Based on the results of analysis it shows that innovation does not have positive influence to the organizational performance. On the other hand, performance management has positive influence to the organizational performance.
