On the The Job Training (OJT) is a program to equip students with working
experience and more skills. By doing OJT, the students are to be ready when they
go to work. Indirectly, OJT program will produces good gradutes. D-III English
Program was assigned the writer at Radar Gresik as a journalist and a graphic
designer. They are the part of editorial division. Thoroughout the OJT, the writer
could learn how to communicate well to the witness and got news that he need. In
the end, the writer could type news. Meanwhile, as a graphic designer, the writer
learnt to make good graphic design following design brief. After finishing this
program, the writer knew that OJT was good for improving students’ skills.
