THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING SELF EFFICACY FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS IN CHOOSING DOUBLE DEGREE PROGRAM (CD + Cetak)

Double Degree Program allows student to study for two degrees at the same time.
Student will graduate with two different bachelor degrees. Before taking this
program, students are expected to consider many things, willing to sacrifice time,
energy and money, and have a strong self motivation. Student will surely
experience such problems in terms of lecture time, social adjustment, and
academic achievement. Self-efficacy isa belief and an ability possessed by
individuals in achieving goals with difficult tasks in a variety of conditions. By
having self efficacy, individual is able to think positively, self-regulate, and have
ability to organize and perform the actions.Students have to know a) what is the
indicator,function, factors that affect self efficacy, b) self efficacy dimension, and
c) source of self efficacy. College students are demanded to have self efficacy to
finish their two courses.
