The verdict is a legal product that is issued by a judge. Furthermore, it is a
declaration as an authorized state official. It is also a spoken in court as the final
outcome to end a dispute between the parties which are disputing. In addtion, the
verdict is also a statement that has binding legal force regulated in the law to be
obeyed and lived by all of citizen. The certainty of a court decision issued by a
judge is a general principle. However, a case has achieved an expected objective,
then the repetition of such case will have no legal effect. In this problem, it is
referred to ne bis in idem principle.The principle that a person should not be
prosecuted more than once for the not only same party, the same object, but also
the same reason. The phrase is derived from the Roman law maxim nemo bis vexari
pro una et eadam causa. This principle also referred to as the rule against double
jeopardy. Moreover, one of the party who is the person that cannot accepted the
verdict can used a judicial review (peninjauan kembali) to the Supreme Court as a
legal remedies against decisions that have legal permanent force not submit a new
lawsuit to the District Court Level.
