Pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) pada karyawan PG.Kebonagung Malang (CD + Cetak)
Human resources are the most important asset ini a company which must be managed, developed and maintained. It aims to employees ini the company can provide optimal contribution ie activity beyond the assigned taskes so that mutualism symbiosis occurs between te two sides. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support towards on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The sample of the research is Kebon Agung employee which amounted to 33 employee. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Valid results for perceived organizational support scale of 26 items and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale of 28 items. Regression analysis showed that the perceived organizational support has positive effect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with comparison between Ftest (0, 12. 557) > Ftable (0,399) and significantly amount (0,001 < 0,05). The conclusion that can be drawn is positive influence between perceived organizational support toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on PG. Kebon Agung Malang employee. The effective contribution was 28, 8 %.
