The Effects of knowledge management and competency to the employees performance at PT.Sasa inti gending - Probolinggo (CD + Cetak)
This research aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management and Competency to the Employee’s Performance. The research uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire to employees of PT. Sasa Inti Gending - Probolinggo. Methods of data analysis used in this study includes regression analysis, test the f-test and t-test. Research results shows in the test F (simultaneous) that Knowledge Management and Competency significantly affect the employee’s performance with a value of sig F 0.000 < 0.05 and F count 37,772. The t-test results (partial) shows Knowledge Management significantly affects the employee’s performance with a value of sig t 0.000 < 0.05 and t-count 4,211, and Competency significantly affects the employee’s performance with a value of sig t 0.011 < 0.05 and t count 2,740. So, it can be concluded that the Knowledge Management and the Competency affect the employee’s performance of either simultaneously or partial. However, Knowledge Management is more dominant affect to the employee’s performance than competency with a value 0.565 (56.5%).
