On the Job Training Program or OJT Program is a program to equip students with working experience and more skills. By conducting this program, the students are prepared to be ready to face tight competition in the working world in the future. During conducting OJT Program the writer was assigned at SDN 08 Sumber Pucung. The writer did his OJT at SDN 08 Sumber Pucung as assistant teacher and was responsible for teaching and guiding the students. The writer also had encountered some difficult situations at his OJT place due to self confidence and self adjustment matter in the new environment. Although it was difficult for him, he tried to do the best. The writer thought that OJT Program can be means of self adjustment process to build a good work ethic for the students. In addition, from this OJT Program students are expected to be more responsible and professional on their jobs. In other word, this Program is aimed to prepare the students who will enter working environment and handle the problems that might emerge in their future. The writer hopes that D-III English Program can enhance the educational system for better graduates in the future.
