Standardized clauses used in the agreement of banking credit and the relation with consumer protection (CD)

Bank is an institution that is very related to a field of finance and has very important role related to the improvement economy and a welfare, it is parrarel with the purpose of the national banking to support the implementation of national development in order to improve equity, economic growth and national stability toward the improvement of people's livelihood a lot. In giving credit loans, a bank makes provisions in general and particular terms applied in the form of a credit agreement which describes the rights and obligations of the parties, which is in the term of the law is known as standardized clause. According to the definition, it can be noted that the bank has a function to gather funds from the publics and distribute it to societies that are underfunded, in carrying out the function to channel funds to the community, the banks give loans, which is commonly called credit. In the point of view of consumer protection, the existence of this standardized clause is not prohibited from all the contents of the clause which does not harm consumers provided in article 18 of the Consumer Protection Act.
