Applying swot analysis theory at PT. Rubelan Eidjaja Surjadi (CD)

SWOT Analysis Theory is the analysis used to evaluate business opportunities
and threats in the environment as well as strengths and weaknesses in a company.
The writer conducted an observation at PT. Rubelan Widjaja Surjadi. This final
report aims atdetermining the Strenght, weakness, opportunity, and treath at PT.
Rubelan Widjaja Surjadi. This is done by using the method of SWOT analysis
theory (Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunity, Threat).The writerchose PT. Rubelan
Widjaja Surjadi because she wanted to know whether this company already
implemented SWOT in its activities.This study was conducted by interviewingthe
General Manager andthe marketing staffsof the company. It is expected that this
company can use the result to correct some weaknesses and avoid or counter the
threat of the company by creating a more competitive strategy. Hopefully this
final report can be used as a good reference for other D3 English Program
students.
