On the Job Training Program or OJT Program is organized to improve the students skills, knowledge, working, and attitudes of employees. By implementing this program, the students will be ready to compete in a field of work after graduation. The writer did OJT Program at Labor Office of Blitar Regency as employer at Placement Overseas Employment. The Placement Overseas Employment is part of Field of Employment, Training and Work Productivity Sector to open and expand employment opportunities overseas. There are several jobs at Placement Overseas Employment, such as issuing recommendation letter, giving information about Indonesian Workers, facilitating the implementation of bilateral and multilateral cooperation permitting the placement of Indonesian Workers (TKI), ensuring and protecting CTKI / TKI. When the writer worked at Placement Overseas Employment, she found problems causes of communication matter. The writer also had difficult situations, uncomfortable room and the printer was usually error. However the writer can finish the work. According to the writer, OJT Program means to build a good work attitude of students. In addition, it makes the students more skilled and responsible on their jobs. In other word, OJT Program is intended to prepare students to be ready to enter working world and be able to solve the problems that might appear. The writer hopes that University of Merdeka Malang especially D3 English program can improve the education system for better graduates in the future.
