On the Job Training Program or OJT Program is a program to equip students with working experience and more skills. By conducting this program, the students are prepared to be ready to face tight competition in the working world in the future. During OJT Program the writer was assigned at PT. AIA Financial, Tmc Mahkota Malang. There were several main jobs at administration, such a news monitoring, website and e-mail translating; and handling the telephone. When the writer did OJT, she found some internal problems in English skill and Office Administration skill beside external problems such as the filling system and conducting meeting. The writer encountered difficult situations like news monitoring and translating e-mail and website. In fact the writer had to learn from the senior staffs and tried to read the references about them. After doing OJT Program the students can get the benefits such as, skills, knowledge, and personality. The reason why the writer chose this topic is because the writer believes that administration is very important in accompany. According to the writer, OJT program can be means of self adjustment process to build a good work ethic for the students. In addition, from this OJT Program students are expected to be more responsible and professional on their jobs. In others words, this program is aimed to prepare the students who will enter work environment and handle the problems that might emerge in the future. The writer expects that
D-III English Program can enhance the educational system for better graduates in the future.
