Pengaruh Pengetahuan Konsumen (Consumer Knowlodge) Terhadap Keputusan Menjadi Nasabah Perbankan Syariah (CD)
Consumers’ knowledge is the amount of experience with and information about particular products or services a person has which is consist of all the information that consumer`s have about the variety of products or services, including the informations about attribute, benefits, dan the value of product`s satisfaction. It is also one of the factors on psychological that affect consumer`s decision making .As recommended of this research, the purposes are to know the consumer`s knowledge and consumer decision making sharia banking,and to know which is the most affected kind of consumer`s knowledge to be a customer of sharia banking. included qualitative and quantitative analysis.
The study was conducted using a survey technique by distributing questionnaires to 40 third-party client funds in Bank Muamalat branch hapless customers with convenience sampling method, then test the validity and reliability of the data obtained.
Referring to the results of data processing and analysis, consumer research shows quite a good level of knowledge on item attributes of products or services and benefits of the product or service and very good on the value of product satisfaction as the majority of respondents agreed to the variables studied. In addition, based on the output of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination to prove there is an influence of 55.9% between variable X to variable Y, then through simultaneous regression coefficient calculation, knowledge of the attributes of products or services, the benefits of the product or service and product satisfaction score or services significantly influence customer decisions while partially be traced to the most dominant type of knowledge affect the decision to the knowledge of the value of customer satisfaction products / services.
