This research was conducted to determine whether there is a difference in terms of the confidence husband wife career success. The population used in this study is the husband who worked in PEMKOT Malang and husbands who have wives who work at 302 persons. The sample in this study is a wife with a husband who has a higher position and salary, amounting to 50 people and a husband who has a wife with a job title and salary is lower than or equal to the husband which amounted to 50 people. Sampling using purposive sampling. Measuring instruments used in this study is the confidence scale data analysis process is used Pearson correlation product moment. The results of the confidence scale of 100 item made , as many as 89 valid item. Scale reliability test confidence gained 0.932 alpha reliability test results indicate that the presence of a reliable degree. The results of the data analysis showed that t is greater than t table ( 4.378 > 2.000 ) with a significance level of 5 % , which indicates that there are differences in terms of the confidence man 's wife 's career success , so the initial hypothesis ( Ha) states there is a difference , is accepted .
