Hubungan Konflik Peran Ganda PNS Wanita Dengan Disiplin Kerja (CD+Cetak)
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship PNS Women's Dual Role Conflict With Job Discipline. Sampling using sampling saturated with a population of 60 and all the population sampled data collection method using a Likert scale to the scale of the work and discipline of the dual role conflict, details of the scale of work discipline and as many as 38 items dual role conflict scale as much as 42 items. The validity of the test results using the formula of Pearson Product moment in which the scale of labor discipline shows 4 killed and 34 items items valid with a correlation coefficient of 0.318 to 0.528 moves, while the dual role conflict scale shows 5 items fall and 37 items valid with coefficients correlation moves from 0.304 to 0.728, reliability test results of both variables by using the formula of Cronbach's Alpha showed a correlation coefficient of 0.827 and 0.932 for labor discipline for dual role conflict in which the show 's second measurement scale is very reliable. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation showed that rcomputing = 0.620 then compared to the significant level of 5 % for N = 60, the obtained mean rcomputing (-0.601) < rtable (0,254). It can be said there is a relationship between the dual role conflict with work discipline, and direction of the relationship between the two variables is negative, it’s means the hypothesis is accepted.
