Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Astra Credit Companies (ACC) (CD+cetak)
Work productivity in a company is very important, to achieve the optimal one with
respect to employee job satisfaction. But the fact is there are many employees who feel
bored, bored in his work, was not happy and was not comfortable, and if possible he was
trying to avoid her, the employee can be said as an employee who is not satisfied with his
job.
This research is quantitative research aims to determine the relationship between job
satisfaction and employee productivity. Which explains how job satisfaction is there any
relationship with labor productivity. This study uses the technique of random sampling
perposive research subject selection. Subjects were employees of the Company Astra Credit
Companies (ACC) of 60 people who already have a service life of between 5 to 8 years with
employee age ranging from 25 to 40 years. Analysis of the data used is a validity test,
reliability test, Test Test Normality and linearity. Data collection technique using a Likert
scale, consisting of the two scales, namely job satisfaction scale 60 to scale aitem and labor
productivity by 60 aitem. Validity of the test results by using the formula Produck Pearson
Moment of labor productivity to scale showing 8 aitem fall and 52 aitem valid with
correlation coefficients ranging aitem valid moves from 0.301 to 0.630 and the coefficient
aitem -0,092-0,251 and moving from autumn to scale Aiten job satisfaction showed a fall of 8
and 52 aitem valid with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.303 to 0.639 and the range
anatar aitem coefficient moves from -0,161-0,248 fall. Results of reliability test using
Cronbach Alpha formula work productivity scale showed a correlation of 0.867 and for the
job satisfaction scale with an alpha value of 0.883. Both said to be reliable because of the
scale included in the category of high reliability coefficient. Normality test results for job
satisfaction scale was 1.137 and for labor productivity is 0.864 with significance level>
0,005. Hypothesis test results are calculated f = 6.976, f = 4.00 table (count f > f table). From
the study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between stimulant job
satisfaction and productivity of employees in an organization.
