Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Spiritual Dengan Stress Kerja Pada PNS di Lingkungan Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pasuruan (CD+Cetak)

This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship with the Spiritual Intelligence At Work Stress in the Workplace PNS Technical Unit Pasuruan District Education Office. The population used in this study is a civil servant in the district office UPTD Wonorejo Pasuruan district, amounting to 38 people. The sample in this study is the civil servants who work in the office UPTD numbered 35 people. Sampling using purposive sampling. Measuring instruments used in this study is the work stress scale and the scale of spiritual intelligence. The process of data analysis used are Pearson correlation product moment. Results for job stress scale of 60 aitem made, aitem valid for 56 aitem. As for the scale of spiritual intelligence of 60 aitem made, as much as 54 valid aitem aitem. Reliability test to obtain the job stress scale alpha 0.948, while the scale of spiritual intelligence so gained 0.926 alpha reliability test results indicate a degree that is very reliable. Results of data analysis showed that the count r is greater than r table (-0.537> -0.334) with a significance level of 5%, which indicates that there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence with job stress, so that the initial hypothesis (Ha) states that there is a relationship can be accepted.
