On The Job Training is the program of D-III English Program of Merdeka
University Malang, in which the students apply the theory into the real job. The
students get additional knowledge and work experience by following the OJT
Program. The writer did his OJT at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sunan Kalijogo Pisang
Candi and taught English lesson at 6th grade students there. He also did
administration and library work. He handled some jobs such as teaching English
lesson, making administration data and working at the library. He found some
difficult situation when he did his jobs. Then he concentrated on one job that was
teaching English lesson. Although it was difficult he tried to do his best. He
chose Teaching English At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Pisang Candi as the title of his
final report. When he finished his OJT, he got a lot of experiences on teaching
process, doing administration and working as a librarian. In fact OJT at MI Sunan
Kalijogo is useful and it can help him prepare his future. It is hoped that the D-III
English Program can add more materials in Office Administration subject and
English for Special Purposes lesson.
