HUBUNGAN ANTARA BUDAYA KERJA DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KANTOR BUPATI MANGGARAI BARAT (CD + Cetak)
One's commitment to the organization can not be separated from the values instilled in the organization. That is a value system that is the collective agreement of all involved in the company. What is meant here is the deal in perspective about work and its elements, a system of values is the value of life conception of the nature of thought employee / employees and management. In this case the work culture is closely related to the perception of the values of the organization and the environment.
In this study there are two variables in the form of independent variables and the dependent variable of work culture in the form of organizational commitment. The method used is a quantitative method. This type of research is the study sampling using purposive sampling technique sampling. The samples in this study were 150 civil servants. Methods of data collection using a Likert scale consists of two scales, namely the organization's commitment to perform scales as much as 60 aitem and scale work culture as much as 70 aitem. Results of testing the validity of using the formula of Pearson Product Moment organizational commitment to perform a scale where 5 indicates aitem aitem killed and 55 valid moves from 0.502 to 0.933 and the coefficient aitem autumn moves from -0.047 to 0.188, with a significance level of 5% and 6 aitem work culture gugu and 64 aitem valid moves from 0.302 to 0.649 and the coefficient aitem autumn moves from 0.056 to 0.189, with a significance level of 5%.
Reliability test results of the two variables by using the formula of Cronbach's Alpha showed a correlation coefficient of 0.984 and 0.915 for the organization's commitment to cultural work, which shows a second measurement scale is very reliable. Results of data analysis using Product Moment Correlation showed that the calculated rhitung= 6.976 and rtable = 4.04 at level 5% sigifikan which if calculated rhitung = 6.976> rtable = 4.04 means that there is a connection to the work culture of organizational commitment (r2 . 100%) = 0.749 x 100% = 74.9%.
