Life filled with various unique patterns of human behavior. The one of them is talkative that is a habit to imitate an utterance or others behaviors when they are getting surprise. There are many kinds of talkative reaction, such as, repetition of words of voice which surprising them, some gestures including mimic, and mentioning some sexual organs.
Talkative also happening on labor-rolled cigarettes, this is because of that talkative behavior be affected by group of friends in work place. When the one of their friend suffer talkative and another friend assume if it is funny or become a trend, so does not rule out the possibility they do it. The most people are usually became an imitate models is their close people. Or it could be the people they almost met and interaction, whether it just work mate, relation, parents, or neighbor.
The purpose of this research are to know the things that cause of talk aktive behavior., is the talkative like work disease, psychological condition, and the effects of talkative on labor-rolled cigarettes. In this thesis, the researcher choose to using case study approachment because it directs connected by the subject and its case is uniqe, and also to know the things which focus on research. The subject who researched in this case is the subject who suffers talkative more than 1 year. The data collection techniques which used by the researcher are unstructural interview method and participant observation, whereas the tools to collecting data using an interview guidance, an observation guidance and recording tool.
After the study can be conclude that cause of the subject become talkative are workplace, dreams, and work culture. Talkative also the effect from work disease with psychological condition of subject who feel worried and depressed. Stoping of work activities, descent in work productivities, and also injuring by theirself are the effects of talkative behavior.
