HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMITMEN KERJA DENGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA KARYAWAN EKSPEDISI KANTOR POS MALANG (cd + Cetak)
Quality Service is form service for community that to be related with time service, process service, accuracy service, politeness and friendly to be give service, reponsibility to include complaint consumers. To be growth quality service part to order important on commitment work employee be result want to reach company can be maximum and competition with another company. Work commitment to own help employee growth with quality merrit for attitude positive good at consumers, work colleague although environment. Employee reach to have high commitment can be reach dedication attitude at company and support to work company for result point of view and mission that company. Quality Service will be can be result good will commitment work high than every employee. This research to do there are relationship between work commitment with quality service at expedition employee post office. Population in this research expedition employee in Malang Post Office. Sample using with purposive sampling with population amount 100 and sample rated 80. Validity result at scale service quality with taraf signifikansi level significant 0,05 moved from 0,364 - 0,688 with amount aitem valid rate 43 aitem, and commitment work scale to real 45 aitem valid with correlation coefficient 0,302 - 0,367. Count reliability quality service variable can be result point alpha (α) = 0,929, and reliably variable work commitment can be result point alpha (α) = 0,940 . This two point that was rule reliably very reliably at quality service variable and reliably at work commitment. Result analyse data be show r count > r table with comparison r count (0,561) > r tabel (0,220), Work commitment and quality service be relationship linear positive between two variable. Can be take cumulative that relationship between work commitment with quality service at expedition employee.
