Performance productivity is a process that shows relation between output in form of

Human relations is someone’s ability to cooperate and to motivate each other in working

There are two factors that influence human relations which are communication and
participation. The decrease of performance productivity as current phenomena happens
nowadays, results loss and disadvantages for those industries. This phenomena is also
occurred in PT. Poso Energi II which is located in Poso subregency, Sulawesi Tengah.
This company is focused on providing services as the outcome. This company has strong
and highly structured job hierarchy description as its characteristic. The staffs are divided
into several divisions which are closely interrelated with each other, and each division has
smaller working units. By this hierarchy, the staffs are expected to have well social
interaction between others inside their working unit or outside their working unit and
their division, in order to increase their working productivity. Related to this phenomena,
the researcher is interested in conducting a research by hypothesizing that there is a
relation between human relations with staffs performance productivity at PT Poso Energi
II at Poso, Sulawesi Tengah. The hypothesis was tested by using human relations scale to
100 staffs of the company as samples of the research. The data was calculated by using
SPPS software. The analysis result showed that there is relation between human relations
and staffs performance productivity (0,518 as the calculated value was bigger than 0,195).
