Hubungan Keharmonisan Perkawinan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan PDAM Malang (CD+Cetak)

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of marital
harmony with the organizational commitment of employees PDAM Malang.
Marital harmony is the achievement of harmony and harmony of the marital
relationship and the alignment must be maintained in order to keep domestic
harmony. Often there is a conflict between the husband and wife are brought into
the workplace makes employees be hampered in its work. There are indications
that the employee does not have the organization's commitment to the company.
The hypothesis of this study is the positive relationship between marital harmony
with the organizational commitment of employees PDAM Malang. The research
sample that is 55 male employees PDAM Malang. Sampling technique using
purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using the Likert method for
marital harmony and organizational commitment, harmony scale marriage
breakdown is as much as 52 aitem and 48 organizational commitment scale items.
The validity of the test results using the Pearson product moment correlation of
marital harmony where the scale shows 4 aitem the fall and 48 aitem valid with a
correlation coefficient of 0.374 to 0.794 moving with a significance level of 1%,
while the organizational commitment scale shows 8 aitem were killed and 40
aitem valid moving correlation coefficient of 0.367 to 0.788 with a significance
level of 1%, the reliability test results of these two variables using Cronbach alpha
reliability coefficient of 0.962 indicates marital harmony and 0.941 for
organizational commitment using Cronbach Alpha, which shows a second
measurement scale is very reliable. The results of data analysis using product
moment correlation showed that the count r = 0.691 and r = 0.345 in table 1%
significance level at which a count 0.691 r> r table = 0.345 means that the
hypothesis is accepted.
