On the Job Training Program or OJT Program is a program to equip students with working experience and more skills. By conducting this program, the students prepare themselves to be a professional worker in their future career. During OJT Program the writer was assigned at Excellent Study Club (ESC) as trainee teacher. There were three main jobs of trainee teacher: preparing some games, helping the teacher and teaching the young students. In the classroom, the writer found some problems especially in creating the interesting games, explaining the subjects, and handling the young students. The writer tried hard to read more and to look for references which could help her solve this matter. However, through this program the writer learned much during the OJT. In the writer ‘s opinion, OJT program is helpful for the students to prepare them selves who will enter the real working world and to develop the student’s skills. In addition, this program is expected to help the students to be more responsible and professional in doing their jobs. The writer expects that D-III English Program can enhance the educational system for better graduates in the future
