On The Job Training Program is a program to equip students with working experience and working skills. The results of the writer’s OJT has to be reported. The report consist of the data needed; the places of OJT, the activities and the achievement of the writer. The writer was assigned to do her OJT at Kusuma Agrowisata Resort and Convention (K.A.R.C). The targets of doing OJT are promoting D-III English Program to public at K.A.R.C, producing ready-to-work graduates, and building up the networking with other institution. For conduct OJT, the writer are doing some jobs; being a receptionist, reservation officer, and operator. To do those jobs she got; Internal and External problem. Her internal problems are trouble in computerization, making up room, double-booking, and operator miscommunication, Her external problems are transportation to go to the hotel office and family’s problem. However, because of her skills, knowledge and advice from her supervisor, she could solve those problems. After having done her OJT, she got working experiences; doing check in and check out, handling the guest complain, filling the data to the computer and many more. Thus, doing OJT is very important for both D-III English Program and the writer’s herself. The writer expects that D-III English Program can enhance the educational system for better graduates in the future.
