Perbedaan Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Yang Tersertifikasi Dan Yang Belum Tersertifikasi Di Kecamatan Kalipare (CD + Cetak)
The teacher is the main point of improving the quality of education, which is based on the
quality of teaching and learning process. Thus, the performance of teachers is very important
because the teacher in carrying out their duties in an environment that is not empty. The teacher
part of a "big machine" national education, and therefore he is bound to the guidelines that have
been set nationally about what to do. Teacher certification program is designed to look at the
feasibility of teachers in the role of learning agent that can achieve national education goals. After
the teacher certification program, the government hopes that the teacher's performance continues
to increase. The independent variable in this study is the performance, the dependent variable is a
certification, control variables were gender, ethnicity and age, the moderator variables were family
background, motivation and personality. This study was given to a public elementary school
teachers in the district Kalipare. This study uses a method of data collection that is the scale of
teacher performance, the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The population of 312
people, obtained samples of 112 people with 66 certified and 46 people who are not certified.
Analysis results have been obtained for the value of t hit 2.294 with a significance level of 0.002,
