Motivations emerge in human being oneself because motivation or excitement of is existence of other element. Can be told also that motivation for example is desire, expectation, requirement, and target of, objective, incentive and motivation. Worker of commercial sex which is have age to 40 year up to 50 year stay with its work caused by motivation in their oneself to realize and reach the target of which is wanted and expected. Although conscious them that situation of its body especially part of reproduction body shall no longer be strong like their moment still is young, but consciously they remain to give sexual relationship to many men without there is matrimony. They know how society assess negativity to work of them, also contagion of sexual which always ready to attack them at any times, and sometimes environmental discrimination to perpetrator of worker of commercial sex of itself, but with various mentioned generated impact, they remain to work as worker of commercial sex, required by a very big motivation able to move individual in age 40 year up to 50 year stay to work as worker of commercial sex.
This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Target conducted by this research is to know and describe motivation that underlying worker of commercial sex maintain its profession in age 40 year up to 50 year old. Research location resides in region of Pujon, district of Malang. Method data collecting the used is library research, field of research (observation, documentation and interview). Data analysis conducted at the time of data collecting and after finishing data collecting. Data, which is have been gathered then in verification and also in its test by triangulation, cross check to subject.
Result of from this research indicate that there is many motive moving someone to work as worker of commercial sex and motivate to maintain its profession though they is have age to 40 year up to 50 year old. Its motivation do not only limited to economic sector, but many expressed a success other motivation, among others relate to life of family, covering couple as life friend, desire of status will be better social, appreciation of oneself, existence of trauma/ shock mental, accomplishment of requirement of sex and power.
